Summary of request process/emails
Requests
If a file is not publicly available, but is visible, and the EPrint has a 'contact email' defined, a 'Request this item' button is shown which generates an email to the contact email address and allows the recipient to accept or reject the request. If the request is accepted, a copy of the file is emailed to the requester. If it is rejected, a reason can be specified.
