In order to make use of the NodeXL fuctionality of these spreadsheets, please download the most 
recent template from:

http://nodexl.codeplex.com

The macro should run without this template, although you may need to 'Enable Content' (if prompted)
the first time the spreadsheet is opened.  It is also recommended that you run the macro after
opening the spreadsheet to ensure all filters, hidden columns, etc. are displaying correctly.  It can
take some time to run for larger movements (up to 2 mins for Mahler 6.IV).

Orange worksheets are for input and blue worksheets for output; for explanations of formatting, see
Chapter 3 of the thesis as well as the three worked examples and the cell comments and error messages 
in the spreadsheets themselves.  The horizontal borders in the 'Segments' sheets of the Beethoven and 
Mahler files have been manually added to accord with the sectional divisions listed in the 'Global 
Info' sheets.
